International Medical Consultancy is involved in the recruitment of Doctors, Nurses and Critical Care Paramedics.
We ensure that license requirements are met for all HCP’s when recruiting medical resources for our client projects. Primarily UK based, we are also able to recruit medical staff globally and place such assets where there is a global need.
We can offer clients long term contracts or rotational positions depending on the service requirement of the company. Whilst medical resources are scarce, we offer a model whereby a Doctor supervises Nurses Practitioners or Advanced Paramedic Practitioners in the same clinic, thereby eliminating the need for Doctors and providing a more cost-effective solution: most of our Practitioners are independent prescribers. This model is based on Urgent Treatment Centres in the United Kingdom.
